Scott is great! His knowledge and negotiation skills are outstanding.His local knowledge and helped us set the right pricing for our sale.We had NO hiccups in the process from bringing in offers all the way to having a signed contract and a sale for the right price.He nagotiated between us and the buyer's agent to our fullest, which I can't go in detail with, that's why his negotiation skills are also very highly recommended by us!He responded in a timely manner and as mentioned above there were NO hiccups at all!We not only sold our house, but made a true friend.Can't wait for the next project together, buy or sell.Thank you Scott for your expertise!
